For the price of the drink its not bad at all. They charge by size of cups only and they don't charge for toppings or ice. They only charge on premium toppings... read more For the price of the drink its not bad at all. They charge by size of cups only and they don't charge for toppings or ice. They only charge on premium toppings but that's it. Its also not as busy so its a great place to do some work or study. Although I do wish for the outlets to work again making it better to stay a little longer but its not as big of a deal.

With all the tea joints that been opening in Duluth; quickly still have a place in my heart. I won?t say they?re the best milk tea place but for the price; they?re amazing. I highlyrecommend their jasmine milk tea and bubble layer. Until next time!!! Peace

My friend and I were treated very rudely by the staff and... read more I am giving two stars because I do enjoy the food. But the customer service is beyond bad towards POC. My friend and I were treated very rudely by the staff and I am in shock. For instance, we were not greeted by the staff upon coming in therestaurant. And when our food and drinks were ready they just put it in the window and didn?t even call us. They messed up ourorder and after remaking it they came to the window and just held the bag out without saying anything. We also asked for a topto my sauce and she told me no and turned away from me, when I asked again she quietly grabbed one and then sat it on the tablein front of me. I am beyond disgusted and I will not be supporting this location any longer.
