First the drive through was closed which I understand things happen but When I went In to order(only person) the person was rude and not knowledgeable at all ab... read more First the drive through was closed which I understand things happen but When I went In to order(only person) the person was rude and not knowledgeable at all about the coffee that the establishment sells. I ordered one thing, again the only person orderingand she got my order wrong. While waiting for my food she was getting annoyed at the customers for pulling up to the drivethrough when you have to read a sign to know the drive through is closed when you pull up! The prices have gone up, the servicehas gone down and the food was meh. If you don?t like your job then find a new one. Not sure what happened to this place but Asa District Manager in retail I would want to know if my establishment was being run into the ground.

Came home and so disappointed at the poor quali... read more Just ordered three meals, waited at drive through window for 10 minutes after we paid. Not greeted by the staff. Came home and so disappointed at the poor quality of food that we received. Very reduced amount of Mac and cheese, the sandwich was supposedto be avocado Turkey , and very dried chicken sandwich. All paid for more than 30 dollars. We made frozen pizza afterwards?We?ve been going to this location ever since it opened, and today was the most disappointing day.
