They were completely out of bread bowls and baguettes, which are essential for the soups. When I asked if I could get a different type of bread on the side, they refused without charging me extra. I ended up paying $32 for two soups, one sandwich, and two half slices of bread that weren’t even wrapped, and I was charged extra for those as well. That amount, without drinks, is excessive! I could have enjoyed a much better meal at a nicer restaurant for that price. This is not how a business should operate.

She asked me to wait while she got... read more I came in for a quick gift card purchase. The sweet girl at the register was clearly new and didn?t know how to ring this up. She asked me to wait while she got help (no problem on my part). What upset me was how her leadership was SO impatient with her-to the point of asking her to swipe it a different way, but then snatching the card from her hand. She was clearly intimidatedand I felt so bad for her. If I was in her shoes, I would hate to ask for help. So my review is not for the food- it?s for themanagement here. Please be kind to your team. If they are not learning quick enough, it?s probably because you are not givingthem the chance to learn. Be patient and TEACH. This will require you to stop, slow down and not talk to them like they areincapable.

I ordered online for pickup up and I show up at the store with the time assigned 1:35 but turn out I am seating inmy car over an hour without any foods. Luckily, ATL weather is not over 100 degrees. Finally, a call at 2;29 saying some ofsalad ingredients out of stock and ask if I want to substitute. What's is the foolish of the service? If you can't full fillonline order ontime, then stop taking the order. I am really upset ???? for late on my meeting and team lunch. This isunacceptable.
