In here waiting on an order for someone else and they are not busy and running around like they don?t really have any sense of direction. Young lady working fixed her food before she left, but no one is fixing the order. I?ve been here 20 mins. Themanager on shift needs some additional training. 9/12/22 4:00P
My experience was awful. The first person I encountered at the drive-thru was nice, but they messed up my order and only gave me half of what I paid $20 for. When I asked for ranch, the girl with the half braided hair just tossed the packets into my car. I do not recommend going here!
This KFC is not the worst I've been to, but the staff's behavior is quite off-putting. They often run out of basic items, and the fries are consistently rubbery and stale. Today, the speaker was malfunctioning, and I received a recording that cut out halfway through. After waiting six minutes without any response, I decided to pull up like someone who might be hard of hearing would. When I reached the window, it took a long time for the employee to open it. I explained that I wasn't sure if there was an issue with the speaker or if I simply couldn't hear anything, and that's why I moved up. He claimed he hadn't heard my order at all. Then, he and a coworker started discussing how people shouldn't just pull up, with her being particularly rude and implying that "they" should know better. I ended up telling them I would take my business elsewhere today and in the future. I dislike having to beg anyone to take my money, especially when the food has consistently disappointed. I guess I should have known better than to expect more. Sorry, KFC, but this location really should consider closing if the staff can't treat customers respectfully.
This has got to be theeeee worst KfC I have ever been to in the history of KFC. I have been to this location a few times..it's never the best but I figure I give chances. JOKES ON ME!!! This lady in the picture if she is the manager...she needs a newjob!! Her customer service is horrible..The drive thru is only open. But you won't know that unless you actually WALK insideto actually get turned back around to go to the 45 min wait drive thru). Usually establishments put up a sign at the door orblock it off so the public knows the indoor service is closed..Nope! Not this place. Overall, not great customer service atall..The are skimmpy on the food.They gave me 6 pieces of popcorn chicken for my macaronibowl...????.I usually don't writeGoogle reviews but this place had me waiting for damn near 45 minutes for just 2 #17's..I spent $15. I will be writing corporateand trying to get my money back that's how mad I am. They move slow and are never have everything on the menu. I had to giveatleast 1 star or Google wouldn't let me post...smh.. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
My husband ordered some chicken from KFC, and even though I don't usually eat there, I must say the chicken looked absolutely terrible. We attempted to call for a refund, but the line was constantly busy. It seemed like many others were calling to complain as well, or perhaps they had simply disconnected the phone. Save your money and don't go here.
