Finally!! was able to ordered 2 hot chai lattes. At the pickup window waited few moreminutes(full disclosure: there were no vehicles ahead of me during my wait). I was presented 2 iced chai latte! Yay. Didn 't knowhot chai latte meant iced lattes. Probably the manager at the window cooly accepted the payment without uttering anything. Itwas my fault.
