Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Duluth

This restaurant was a complete disappointment. I received a half-sized portion but was charged full price for it. The dish was also overcooked. The server was rude. I would recommend going to a different restaurant instead.

This restaurant is the tiniest I've ever been to. It might be because of the limited seating, but I think I'll try a bigger restaurant next time.

I understand that cleaning starts before closing time, but it is disappointing that they refuse to serve customers an hour before closing. Customers have driven to the location only to find no employees present, even though it was still well before the scheduled closing time. I have worked in a store myself and we always made sure to serve customers who arrived even close to closing time, even if we were in the process of cleaning. It seems like a poor excuse to refuse service an hour before closing. While I understand the need to start cleaning before closing, it is important to still serve customers who arrive within a reasonable time frame before closing.

What is not to love about big ice. minze chocolate chip and chocolate turtle ice cream in a waffel cone. yum!
