Dunkin Donuts/Baskin-Robbins Store 307881

Order cake online for my daughter birthday, on the pick-up date they did not open this day or the day after. they never answer the phone, so it was a week and have not received any refund.

I'd rather buy the frozen baskin robbins ice in food stores. the half of the shown ice was out of service that was not published. what we got was an egg that had like a bit in it and was simply a waste of money and calorie, really a pity.

Their ice-creams are good. When I asked the cashier to put a good day on the cake, he said he couldn't. I guess bc by kovid. second he calculated $27.99, then he charged me $34.99. I also thought the load was closed when I first came in, there was no one in front and they looked at when they showed up from behind. I do not recommend this place. next time, I'll take my business somewhere else.

Blender always down for milkshakes. Mediocre customer service.

Kinda disappointed because after waiting for about ten minutes we were told the milk shake machine was out of service today. Also this location is not allowing taste testing according to the signage of their new flavors due to Covid-19. Which isn’t the best decision with new flavors so hopefully if the flavor isn’t desirable the customer can get another opportunity to get a flavor that’s known.
