Dunkin' - Dulles

I typically don't write reviews, but wow! This iced americano tastes like one drip of espresso and the rest is just water. I ordered an iced americano, not water on ice.

It's fun on Sundays. there are collective cars that are parked everywhere and people come to see and have fun. I usually park on the other side of the road either in walmart or on the other parking space to avoid that I should wait to take the car.

No sense of urgency or care for others time . Other reviews are accurate and I didn’t read until now . So I’ll just say if you want a slow rough start to your morning go to this location. Ellie (blond hair was really the ONLY working/attentive person. The other 4-5 really don’t care .

I entered the restaurant and the host didn't acknowledge me. I had to prompt him to take my order. Despite repeating my order twice, it was still incorrect. The two servers preparing my meal were constantly on their phones. They need better training. It's not professional to be on your phone while working. Try to keep it out of sight at least.

I visited this restaurant five times in two days because my order was messed up once. I didn't complain, but I noticed the mistake after I had already left the restaurant and was accused of not checking my order. The weekend was busier, but the employees handled it well. Sometimes the person at the POS was young and took a little time to input the order, but the delivery was fast. There were times when we had to wait for them to call us even though our food was ready, while customers who arrived after us received their orders and left. It is convenient to use the mobile order and pick-up section to avoid long waits. The parking lot is sufficient for a moderate amount of people, and there are outdoor seating options to enjoy the weather. The complex is a bit hard to navigate, but Dunkin' is easily visible from the road through the parking lot. Overall, the food was delivered quickly.
