Sometimes the person at the POS was young and took a little time to input the order, but the delivery was fast. There were times when we had to wait for them to call us even though our food was ready, while customers who arrived after us received their orders and left. It is convenient to use the mobile order and pick-up section to avoid long waits. The parking lot is sufficient for a moderate amount of people, and there are outdoor seating options to enjoy the weather. The complex is a bit hard to navigate, but Dunkin' is easily visible from the road through the parking lot. Overall, the food was delivered quickly.

The two servers preparing my meal were constantly on their phones. They need better training. It's not professional to be on your phone while working. Try to keep it out of sight at least.
