Contribute FeedbackBenihana struggles to maintain quality service among rising prices and long wait times. Despite inconsistencies, some diners enjoy the food and appreciate special requests being fulfilled. However, slow service, missing orders, and lackluster performances from chefs leave many feeling disappointed. While the food is generally good for special occasions, the overall dining experience can be hit or miss. Inconsistent service and lack of attention to detail suggest the need for better management and staff support. Despite these challenges, loyal customers continue to return for the food quality but are hoping for improvements in service efficiency and overall dining experience.
This used to be a decent place to celebrate. The food is not as goodlobsters were tiny, the meat was tiny and looked right out of the freezer. Too bad bc my kids used to love it
We were out to celebrate our son’s birthday and everything was great. The service was prompt and attentive. The food was cooked perfectly and tasted great. We will be back for sure
Really nice staff and social distancing was awesome
New Years small thing in the age of Covid... I just love their hibachi so much
I’ve been to a few Benihana’s and the food is always amazing. So thats the reason I always come back, but I made reservations and I was sat at my reserved time, and once I sat down the cook seemed very tired. She was very sweet but tired and our server seemed to be very busy as well. The server was nice when she had time to check on us, but I feel as if Benihana was not prepared to accommodate all of the reservations they had that evening. I will be back but I will reserve at an earlier time
