Nice location. There is nothing outstanding about the food. Ordered an omelet with Swiss cheese and no American cheese. American cheese will make any dish a failure. My omelet arrived with a beautiful topping of Swiss cheese. I was overwhelmed with joy in anticipation of a tasty omelet minus the disgusting American cheese. If you leave here hungry there's something wrong with you.
If you leave this place hungry, it is definitely your own fault. There food is excellent and the portions are amazing. There deep fried fish is extremely good.
The fresh cut fries were tasty and the portions were generous. I had the Philly cheese steak and it was cheesy and the beef was well cooked. The mushrooms and onions were well sauteed. I only with the bum was a little bit sturdier.
The food was Excellent, and even though the diner was completely filled we didn't have to wait long to be Seated and Served. Our waitress was welcoming and polite even though she must've been busy. She checked on us often and it didn't take nearly as long as I had assumed it would for us to get our food. We were all happy with our meals. It's a great spot to take older folks to with it's homey atmosphere and comfort food that's well made. Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu!
Excellent food, huge pancakes, delicious Eggs Benedict!
