I'm vegetarian, so I'm sniffing Vego restaurants like a falcon. You have some chicken and fish options (no red meat), but I recommend the vegetarian choices. I had an amazing pasta with artichokes, zucchini, olives and mushrooms... and a beautiful flower of lemonade to drink. It may not be the most authentic Colombian food, but so delicious and made with love. The restaurant also sells vegetarian and organic handmade products such as jams, preserved vegetables and chilis, soaps, dry pastas and hand creams. Located in a beautiful courtyard of Plaza Mayor, surrounded by some other restaurants and bars, it is a large small complex called Casa Quintero.

I know that she decides well and... the know-how after six years catering the demanding amount that this city visits or lives in it.
