We loved this place as much for decor, for location, quality of service (in French in addition! , good local beers and very good pizza to salmon. Thank you.

We just spent the weekend in the Lodge’s new dog friendly suite perfect for a family or stay with a pet, with its own private entrance and plenty of chill out and work space. Food in the Lodge was superb as usual! And the atmosphere is so cosy and friendly highly recommend!

The best value food and accommodation in Ireland, no question! The lodge which looks over keel lake is perfect for solo travellers, couples and families. There are a wide selection of rooms in the lodge that now also even cater for dogs too! Rooms are always super comfortable and nice and warm which is great after you have been enjoying some of the watersport activities they lay on such as paddleboarding, kitesurfing and wingfoiling! The food for breakfast and dinner is top knotch with local produce and excellent value! I cannot recommend Pure Magic Achill Island enough, you are guaranteed a friendly welcome and a very comfortable stay with delicious food and drinks.

Booked a table to eat at the recommendation of our airbnb host and initially thought how good could food be from a guesthouse? Boy was I pit in my place, everything was fantastic! From starters like garlic bread and bruschetta, to mains like this chicken dish, pizzas, pasta everything was excellent. Great beer and wine selection too. I’ll be back!

The evening can be spent here in a slightly differently decorated restaurant with French music, delicious Italian food and mega young, friendly hosts. Cozy, charming and relaxed
