This is first class, high-end exceptional service. We were made to feel very special, very attended to and the meal was outstanding. The deal was probably one of the best steaks I've ever had in my life, truly. Seasoned perfectly, cooked perfectly. My wife had the asparagus salmon risotto as well, and I had a pasta sausage dish that was fantastic. We drank the wine made on promises and it was outstanding too. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The dining room itself is very nice (we ate our delicious breakfast in there), but on the evening we were there, we were the only guests and were offered dinner wherever we liked we chose outside on the grass by the pool, which was a very romantic setting. We had excellent service by friendly staff, and a memorable meal and evening.

Add to that a varied menu of excellent cuisine and some very good staff and you have the ingredients for an excellent gastronomic experience. The local Spumante makes an excellent Kir royale. Our twin boys also found the deserts to be very good.

This restaurant/hotel/winery... read more We came to this delightful, first class restaurant, after wine tasting in their attached Torre Gaia winery. Everything was perfect. This restaurant/hotel/winery is a one stop location for those who enjoy fine dining, great white and red wines, and a pastoral setting for hiding away for a few days. The Managing Director, Mr. Nello di Caprio (no relation to Leonardo, but just as handsome) gave us a private tour and tasting, then invited us to fine dining with views of the valley. Don't miss this hidden gem. It is located about one hour north of Naples, and their claims to fame are a sparkling dry white wine, as well as the region's famous Falanghina white wine. Too bad I couldn't fill my suitcase with wine! Enjoy the views, the solitude, and the spotless interiors.
