After calling for an hour, I received a message from a man that they did not see the order so that they were on their way (we live less than a km from the business) Half an hour later, still no order, I get a woman on the phone, explain again, I have to say where I ordered, the lady first mentions another street. She eventually finds my order, I hear them discuss it in another language and then get the answer that it is busy. 2 hours for 2 durums is no longer busy but the order is lost, especially after the telephone calls. I indicate this and I immediately receive a rude answer. Drivers busy. If you have lost an order, just be honest about it. Apologize and indicate that the order will be there soon.
