What User doesn't like about Quatre Saison:
This hotel is ideal for people travelling on business or for trade fair guests Certainly it is not a luxury hotel but nevertheless it fulfills its purpose. The staff is very friendly, the beds are comfortable: The hotel is very clean! Also the bathroom! The price performance ratio is especially true since Düsseldorf is an expensive spot... So for short stays the rooms are nice and large View all feedback.
We chose this Mercure hotel for one night. It was on the way to England. Description should be located in Düsseldorf city centre. This was very close to us, as we don't know Düsseldorf yet. We wanted to see the legendary Kö(nigsallee). The hotel is located on the lively Stresemannplatz. The entrance to the hotel parking lot was via one of the side streets. For this we had one of the few not reserved places directly at the entrance of the reception. Other hotel parking spaces were on the above parking lot. So we only had to go to the reception directly with our luggage. We were kindly greeted. Later on request we received two free city maps with description of how we could run to the Kö. Our room, a standard room with double bed, was on the 6th floor. From the elevator it was a piece to run, it was at the end of the band. Apparently two houses were assembled here, the room was probably in another building. It was a little distance, it was very quiet. There were roofings in the spacious room. The furniture and the TV were cleverly accommodated there. The two beds stood side by side, had separate mattresses. That was very close to us. The mattresses were medium. In the room we can use free Wi-Fi. We received the dial-in data at the reception. The very large bathroom also had a roof bevel, which was a piece above our heads and did not fall further. Only the upper light could not be darkened. Since the bathroom had a glass door, the light disturbed when sleeping, it became bright early. We had arranged a bath towel over the bathroom door and suspended so it was somewhat darkened. Later we wanted to explore the city centre. Equipped with the already mentioned city plans, we ran into the side street along the hotel. After a number of restaurants we noticed, we ran a whole piece until we finally reached the chefs. In the early Saturday evening it was full there, half the city shopping: we looked around and started the way back. We didn't want to go to the old town. We took the metro station to the main station and went back to the hotel from there. It was five minutes walk. At Stresemannplatz, trams also drove. In the evening we went to one of the restaurants in the side streets. The hotel has a restaurant and bar with the usual salt prices. Breakfast next morning was very rich. There were scrambled eggs, bacon, bead, sausage, bread, rolls, various slices, corn flakes, cereal, cereal, cereal, cereal, cereal, cake. There were no more wishes. We had to find a place for a moment, as apparently all hotel guests had breakfast on Sunday. Review At the reception was easy, we could continue our journey relaxed. There is no spa in the hotel; he should be in the area. There are conference rooms at the hotel. Overall, we can recommend this Mercure hotel for a stay.
The lunch table is a secret tip. Good food at a reasonable price.

The hotel is located on Stresemannplatz, just a few hundred meters from the main railway station. So it's very good for trainers. I have a free upgrade to one of the two privilege suites during my last stay as a Le Club Accorhotels Platinum member. These are practically a complete apartment distributed on two floors. The suite was very nicely decorated. Bathroom and toilet were separated, the living area was in the upper area. There, like in the bedroom, was a large flat-screen TV. The suite was also equipped with a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine. The suites are very quiet on a side street or the sleeping area to the courtyard. An undisturbed sleep is actually pre-programmed here. The staff was always very friendly, which underlines the stay positively. The breakfast buffet is also very extensive and the breakfast room from the architectural design is also positively highlighted. A small restaurant with bar is also part of the Mercure Hotel, both can also come from the street and thus also be used by non-hotel guests. Wine selection is recommended here. All in all a stay that gave me a lot of pleasure.
