appetizer and main dish not really warm. Soupen are served, spoons are delivered. atmosphere rather sterile. Spas are part of the hotel interconti, where the breakfast is not served anywhere. in the internet site you have more impressions, it is a self-contained restorative. price-performance ratio is not true. for this a chef should not give his name. Main course KLEINST PORTION . dessert more than enough and very good. Champus like vinegar water. Wine okay.
Food and service: The Maron soup as an appetizer was excellent. Unfortunately, it took about an hour until it was served. In addition, the first beverage storage was forgotten, so we had to wait for drinks for half an hour. However, the service was very friendly and apologised. The first drinks went to the house. In this respect, one must praise the handling of the situation. However, it was not happy that the Advent menu (because we were actually there) was sold out in the form (more precisely the deer). And that on a Friday night at 19:30, on which the restaurant was not fully occupied. If you keep an advent menu out, it wouldn't happen. For example, Königsberger Klopse, which were tastefully good, but in combination with simple rice were nothing special. Atmosphere: Very nice, private atmosphere. Quiet, without hearing the other guests.
The service was very friendly, but we felt a bit cured, as the service had hardly any time from the first to the choice of dishes. We would have expected more of the food.
The restaurant was quite empty during our visit. If it's full, it might be very loud. The food was good and plentiful, but now not stunning. Solid good kitchen.
On the whole, it was not bad, but at the price and name we had expected something else, not a star but at least a top gastronomy recommended by Guide Michelin, and had to overlook several small to medium-sized weaknesses.
