Every visit is fantastic. Amazing staff, incredible food and brilliant value. We average £35 per head with starters mains, drinks and tip. The quality far surpasses any other local Cantonese.
We’re a family of five so took advantage of the mid week offer 5 starters, 5 mains, 5 drinks. Quality of food is excellent, speedy service between courses, staff pleasant and polite. My recommendation is crispy chicken with honey lemon, king prawn with black bean veg, beef with mushroom. All hot and tasty. Parking is limited to the surrounding streets so add time to walk. Disabled access is limited as tables are close together so check in advance if this is an issue. Lovely place, I can see why it's so popular. We had the set menu and it was really good. The food was hot, delicious and there was plenty of it! They even refilled our rice when it ran low. Very reasonably priced for what you get. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: King Prawns

Awful establishment which do not encourage their customers to be respectful to their neighbours. Awful parking and late night noise. Honestly unpleasant. Over priced and slow too... Spend your money elsewhere....
Awful establishment which doesn't encourage their customers to treat any of their neighbours respectfully. Late night noise and bad parking, frequently leaving people's drive blocked. Hateful place.
Regularly visit the Ruby and have never had a bad meal here. The food is always exceptional and the service matches. Nothing is too much trouble, service is friendly and efficient. Always usually visit on a Saturday so it is always busy but the food is always worth waiting for. I would go as far as saying it’s the best Chinese I’ve been to.

We hadn't booked but managed to get the last table for two. Great service and good food at a reasonable price. The restaurant was full of friendly locals which was lovely.
Didn 't start off too good when, a few days before, they rang me to chance the time of our meal from 6.45pm to 6.15pm. Very busy whe we arrived. Staff were a bit 'manic ' due to being busy. However, the waitress who seated us and took our order was fantasic friendly, making suggestions off the menu etc... Starter arrived in good time and were very good. Prawn crackers never arrived! No staff round to ask, so we did without. Main courses were all good. As soon as we finished, a different waitress sprang out of nowhere, whipped our table cloth off and was gone! Our original waitnress returned to take our dessert order. A few minutes later the other waitress returned saying she couldn 't read the order of the other waitress, so could we order again! All very manic! Desserts and then coffee all arrived (with the desserts, straight out of the deep freeze and unable to eat straight away! When it was time to pay we split our bill. Our friends paid (by card first and then we did. Our card was declined! Waitress snatched card out of my hand and tapped the card reader! Very rude! By this stage there were babies crying (who brings a young baby to a restaurant!!! and lots of people at the bar (probably waiting for tables with some local wag thinking he was being funny (rather than a prat! shouting to everyone who was eating Come on my, time to go... (as I assume he wanted to sit down for his meal! Came out with a headache! Way too busy, no car parking and too expensive!
Booked by phone 2 weeks before reservation date. This was for a wedding anniversary meal. They had no record of our booking and were really not bothered in the slightest. Wasted our taxi fare. Shall not be going again!
Excellent customer service as always. Food lovely a nice night out. It is expensive but is a great venue for special occasions.
Great service, employees were very attentive and did their very best to make the experience a good one. we came here for a family members birthday and they had a great time. food is fast and was definitely the best Chinese food we have had in a while. recommend as it is also not over priced.

Always a 5-star experience in the ruby cantonese! They offer a gluten-free menu that is great! all the foods are fresh, and when they sit on the left side of the restaurant, they can see the cooking! the personal is always so beautiful, attentive and helpful.
Delicious food and very nice staff. the portions were perfect and the prices were very good. we are coming back to the final!
I heard a few times and was never disappointed that last night we went to my brothers 70th birthday. eat absolutely tasty service spot on l dont know how they do it, but its absolutely beautiful can hear nothing to blame. the staff in the kitchen and serve are brilliant and work so hard to make their meal beautiful.
Ruby’s was a pleasure to visit for the first time, let them go with post-covid release. the attentive employees from the moment of arrival, the art that does not limit to the pestering. scan handsanitizer on input with track trace (previously standard in these days). comfortable seating, not squeezed into each other even better for those with kovid restrictions in common. the food could not be misled. fresh in heat and crispy fresh for vegetables. the meat was perfectly cooked. 4 of us shared the set menu for 4, the 2 rounds of appetizers and a round for net that shared a large bowl of rice between us, which was more than abundant. from the memory we had a mixture of huge garnels, won tones, satay chicken, seaweed with netzen was a lamb dish, black pepper beef, lemon chicken, birds nest with garnel fish and sweet acid pork. drink service was on site with many controls when we needed more giwne, it was a hot n sticky evening, but not inside rubys. in any case will look again to visit.
Always a pleasure to eat here with friendly staff and excellent food. I love the big glass window into the kitchen being able to see flaming woks all the food being cooked adds to the experience. No secrets in their kitchen! Plus nobody makes noodles like Ruby noodles!! If they did a delivery service, I would be bankrupt. Thank you for many great nights meals; past, present and future.
