What Donna doesn't like about Hong Kong Express:
25 minutes delivery after notification that food is with delivery driver, turned up with cold food and the chips looked like they had been cooked yesterday, had to put in the oven to reheat it. This isnt the first time either. Will not be using them again!.
I regularly order fro here, both in person and online. Normally the food is top quality, but this evening was not up to the usual standard. Edible, but not the great dining experience I am used to. Finally charging for a bag, because the app applies it, means it comes in a bag, or in a box with the bag. I paid for it
The curry was lovely but my hubby wasn't happy with the sweet and sour. There was no sauce whatsoever in the container, it all looked like it was just coated in sauce. disappointing.
Everything was cold. Had to regeat the lot... not great when you've spent 50 quid to feed 8 people and it's turned up nearly 20mins late
Absolutely fantastic, great tasting food, came early
Decent size portions. Good price. Tasted good. chips could have been hotter. Overall good. Will use again
