Domino's Pizza Dudley

Terrible place do not order! I ordered £27 worth of food that didn’t arrive, had a lady phone me at 12am to ask why I’d reported my missing food!! (She’s extremely rude and needs firing for her customer service)And now after multiple times contacting dominos they still haven’t refunded my money even though I had the manager sending me an email saying there was a system fault and they didn’t receive my order and that I would receive my refund within 3-5 working days… it’s now been over a month (order was in JULY)do not waste your money with this company they have STOLEN my money and now no one is getting back to me. Absolutely disgusting would never recommend or return!!!

Whenever i go to the dudley dominoes there's always this rude woman working there, she's absolutely vile and completely scams you out of your money. she purposefully waited until the lunch deal ended which apparently ended at 4 (doesn't state this anywhere) to serve us and overcharged us a random price that made no sense. we tried to understand and she was just blunt, rude, and made absolutely no sense, she just made up random reasons. on another occasion she tried to charge me for tap water (which is legally free) and argued with me about it, then another man came to the till and asked what was the issue and i said i needed tap water as i was coughing a lot and he just gave me a bottle of water no questions asked. i am unsure of this horrible woman's name but she has brown skin, dark hair and a very miserable look on her face!! i do not recommend.
