Costa Coffee - Dudley

As a business owner I would not be be very happy with how the workers there speak to customers. They clearly do not value customers and especially regulars. We were spoken to like rubbish by a girl with a stinking attitude and a big ego.

Good Costa coffee shop in Dudley center they have revamped the ambiance and decor since I was last been. There are now few independent coffee shops around so I see the need. I used to be a regular before but stopped coming due a bad experience once hope that don't repeat.

Go here a lot and staff are always friendly. Manager happily made me quite a fussy order and he was lovely about it

I came here today and the manageress was lovely. she made me a fantastic hot chocolate. i sat down to do my work in a nice soft chair. ideal for anyone to chill out for an hour or 2

Happy, pleasant staff. the business has a good open and airy feeling on the front with a more cozy and intimate environment on the back. the best of both worlds.
