Costa Coffee - Dudley

Awful service at this Costa, the manager Darrah, couldn’t be any more uninterested in serving us if he tried, no please no thank you and his staff were equally as rude. Not even offering sprinkles on the cappuccino, we actually had to ask for them. It’s a shambles of a site and needs a change of staff.

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. A man with a mullet, black hair, and glasses came over and kicked me and my friend out when we were looking for a seat after buying a drink. My friend's younger sibling got very upset and had to be taken home, which ruined our day out after celebrating her SAT practice tests.

We came here this morning for a coffee and was served by a lovely gentleman called Darragh. (i think i spelled that right He was so polite and friendly and made us laugh. Thank you for making our silly little friday morning coffee get together enjoyable :

Dear god the queues ....! Quality is fine as it’s costa, The staff are really nice, But some are so chatty it takes an age to get served. I’ve left the queue a few times

As with all Costas, you do have the wait as the barista performs but the staff here are excellent. Nice clean seating area with a variety of tables which replaced the old Druckers café in the middle of the centre. Well worth a visit.
