Was Carollia at Cellars a mag?
Gorgeous food, great atmosphere, price is very good for the quality of the food. And most of all I cannot get over how lovely and professional the staff are. We called up when they were still shut to book a table and they called us... View all feedback.
What ktslg dislikes about Cellars:
Excellent service, friendly staff, nice surroundings. However both my starter and main was far too greasy that I couldn’t eat much of it, the rice was also in small clumps. I went there about 4 years ago and the food definitely isn’t as good as... View all feedback.

Excellent food. Great service with very useful recommendations given the waiter. Excellent value for money. Will definitely visit again.
As soon as I entered I knew it was going to be chaos and I was correct. 815 booking and finally got seated at 840. The drink selection is awful. No flavoured Vodka, no orange J2O, Lemonade tasted cheap amd nasty. The service was awful. After an hour we had still had no food or the offer of a second drink, so I went and ordered my own at the bar. My poppadom tasted of cold fat, does that mean they're not fresh? The starters were fine, just took an hour and 10 mins to get them. The mains were OK, I had Salmon which said it came with a salad. Salad was lettuce..... Technically it's salad but I just thought there would be more. It just felt like down in the cellars you are forgotten. We only went because I couldn't get a table at Bombay Pickle. I definitely will never go again.
Went here on a Sunday. Very quiet. However after previous visits I must say the food quality has definitely gone up. We ordered 2 mains that were really tasty. You could really taste the different flavours. Well done.
I've been to Cellars many times and I have always enjoyed the food. However, most recently I was recommended the lamb shank dish and I was not disappointed. Arguably the best Indian dish I have ever had. Definitely worth trying if you're a fan of...
The Cellar restaurant presents a dichotomy of dining experiences. While many patrons rave about the superb food, great atmosphere, and outstanding service, others report dissatisfaction with the staff's attitude and inconsistent service. Complaints include overcooked dishes, insects in meals, and a lack of attentiveness. Despite some negative experiences, numerous guests celebrate the quality and flavor of their meals, often citing specific standout dishes. Ultimately, The Cellar seems to be a place of potential, with excellent offerings overshadowed by service missteps that leave some diners frustrated. A careful approach may be required for a seamless experience.

It was a really busy evening for the restaurant but despite being fully booked, the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating! The food was excellent, tasty and delicious. The atmosphere in the cellar area is cosy and unique. We had a lovely meal, portions were ample. Prices are excellent and match the service. While we waited for the taxi, we were given a complimentary drink and had a lovely chat with the staff. Would highly recommend! Nothing but praise.
I recently won a competition for a free meal for 2, we went last night the food and the service was impeccable, and just a beautiful venue, and iv got to say the cocktails were lush! We loved our evening, we will be visiting again very soon!

Amazing food ,Excellent staff, had meal for six off us ,great service not rushed at all , will definitely be back again, thanks.
Second visit here after a day at the cricket. Returning customers due to the exceptional service we received last time and fantastic food. We were not disappointed, lamb shank for the OH, mixed tandoori massala for me. Both amazing, lamb literally falls off the bone! The staff are so friendly and helpful, offering their expert opinion on the food and having general conversation, hard to find nowadays in a restaurant. Keep up the good work Cellars, we'll be back.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and the service is excellent. I dined in for dinner and the price per person ranged from £20-30. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Tikka, it's a must-have dish. The atmosphere is also very inviting with a rating of 5 stars.
Service, atmosphere, and overall experience all scored 4 out of 5 in this restaurant review.

Tried Cellars on the spur of the moment. Good service and great food. The quality in some restaurants vary from year to year but Cellars appears to consistently provide great food. Nice surroundings too.
