Tommy's Natural Foods Market Wine Shop

My family in Florida ordered a special Mother’s Day dinner from Tommy’s and had it delivered. The meal included wild Alaskan salmon, a crab cake, pasta salad, steak seasoning for the salmon, and an apple cake with a bag of coffee. Unfortunately, everything was disappointing! However, I still recommend trying Tommy’s for yourself or a special person in your life.

The selection is fantastic, and the owner was incredibly helpful in sharing insights about the store and its mission. We made two stops here in just one day in Ente, and they have everything you could possibly need, including the freshest seafood, a deli counter, and a range of products that are hard to find in smaller towns! And don’t forget to grab the ice cream sandwich before you leave!

This is a fantastic restaurant! I've had the pleasure of knowing the owners and staff for over a decade. They offer a wide range of well-curated products, providing great choices and unique options to enjoy while you're at the Outer Banks.

Tommy's is a favorite shop with every visit to Duck. Gourmet food, excellent crabs, shrimps, steaks, wine and cheese, special items with personalized instruction during cooking. You can't go wrong!
