The place was clean and well-organized, even behind the counter. The sandwich makers did an excellent job, and the manager handled everything smoothly, despite the ringing phone, mobile orders, and the influx of customers. Keep up the great work; this was our best experience here!

However,... read more Excellent customer service! I've always enjoyed Subway, but in recent years, especially due to Covid, there's been a significant rise in online orders. However, they haven't increased their staff or expanded their workspace to accommodate this increased demand, which may be partly due to fewer people wanting to return to work. You might enter the restaurant and see only five or six people ahead of you, but in reality, there could be 10 to 20 more orders waiting to be fulfilled from online customers.

She was wiping her nose on her forearm while preparing sandwiches. It took her 22 minutes to make a meatball sandwich. While I might have overlooked her illness and the long wait, I encountered another issue. When I asked for a receipt, I accidentally gave a tip of $1.09 due to a glitch in the system.
