This restaurant offers some of the best food across three states and truly supports local businesses. Donna and the staff are exceptional. Melissa and Mrs. Johnson make the best cake in town! It’s absolutely outstanding! They also have weekday lunch specials and an evening salad bar. You really can't go wrong with this place! View all feedback.

What User dislikes about Rhody's Food Spirits:
The server here was nice, sadly the food was just okay. They could not find the copies of their kids menu, so we just had to go off what the server could recall. I got the hot ham and cheese. The bread was pretty dry, and so not the best tasting. My wife got the 2 piece fried chicken, and got 4 pieces. This was way too much food, and it was a bit overcooked. Stopped here again while in Dubuque just for drinks this time but was a great time again. Owner is awesome and met her mother a daughter also always pleased to stop here
