Happy Joe's Pizza Ice Cream Parlor

Happy Joe's is a local favorite for pizza in Dubuque. While their prices may not be the lowest in town, the quality of the pizza is consistently high. It's not our go-to option, but it's a great alternative when we want something different.

I was just passing through town and decided to give Happy Joe's a try, and I must say, it was absolutely incredible! The pizza and service were outstanding. At 50 years old, I've had my fair share of pizza, and I can confidently say that this place ranks among the top two best pizzas I've ever eaten. If I lived here, I would dine here every day. Thank you so much for serving such amazing pizza—keep up the fantastic work!

My husband can't resist a Happy Joe's Special, which features Canadian bacon and sauerkraut. It's true!
