We preordered letter donuts and they gave us the wrong letters. When we picked them up we were told It was our fault they wrote the name wrong. No apology- nothing. Will not be back. View all feedback.
Donuts are the best in the opposite. the customer service is annoying. there were several attempts to get a special donut for a birthday. first said a call that he returned the call never. left name and number 2 times. No one could make a decision on the price. they said they could do it. it was said they would call me with the price without recall, although I told them it was needed the next day. I have customers for 30 plus years previous owners and management were better.
You have got to try the maple Persians. Not sure what they do with the dough when there making these, but wow are they good
