Caribou Coffee - Dubuque

One of the best experiences I had. The young lady who took our order offered her recommendations that I tried, and I could not be satisfied anymore. Thank you for the friendly atmosphere and smiles on all faces.

Every time I come here, the one who is in the drive seems to be always in good mood and they are always super friendly. I wasn't even disappointed in my order. I like to try different things, but I love the cooler mixed drinks! I usually get a chocolate croissant because they are so delicious

A nice clean place to do some work or visit with friends. The coffee is mainly the seasonal offer (case) with a delicious soufflé. Personal Fav is Mushroom, Spinach, Swiss. People are nice, but they're busy.

The bagel was amazing and the Iced tea was good. Kinda expensive but what you get is really good.

Currently they are only open til noon due to a shortage of workers, but that's not why they are getting 3 stars. This location gets 3 stars because they treat their customers dismissively like they were a burden rather than the very reason they are employed. Why don't you guys close the location 100% until you get a crew that wants to be there rather than just show up to drain the clock.
