Chevelle was great, she was attentive and punctual. The food was phenomenal. We had the bone marrow for an app. Delicious. I had the pork chop for an entree and was not disappointed. The drinks were also fantastic. We will be sure to visit this establishment when in town. View all feedback.

Had an amazing anniversary dinner with my husband. He had a 307Burger that?s was juicy and is now is favorite. I had the the grilled chicken sandwich with an amazing wasabi honey mustard. Yumm. They even had cute coloring pages for our little one. Great service, amazing food! Thank you Brian and Stacy!!
We had such a great dinner last night across the street at the Cowboy Cafe. We were tempted to go back, but the locals all said, the Lone Buffalo Steakhouse. So we joined the group in front of the restaurant waiting for the 5:00 opening. We were welcomed in a friendly manner, and seated in the authentic western dinning room. The entire restaurant filled up within 45 minutes on a Tuesday night with people who seemed happy to be here. A local shop owner told us to order thegrilled Brussels sprouts with bacon and goat cheese. We knew we would split the entree, so we also ordered fried cheese curds with a cinnamon chipotle sauce. Oooh! Fabulous. The drinks were not disappointing. The Wyoming whiskey was hardyand not too sweet, and the Old Fashion was perfect, served with an orange slice and black cherries. The rolls were served with a great honey butter, and the honey is local from the honey shop across the street. We split the 10oz New YorkStrip, medium rare. It had a warm red center, great for me but too rare for my husband. They happily took it back and retuned it hot and ever so slightly adjusted to a perfect medium rare. Asparagus spears, tender crisp. Perfect. They wereout of their in-house made bread pudding, so we tried the cheesecake. Very mediocre.
They added a few new dishes! I tried the Buffalo medallions with garlic mashed potatoes and red wine gravy. Oooohhhh mmmyyy! So very tender and flavor! Great Job! The other person had Buffalo?s chicken pasta. They said it?s great!
We stopped off here on our way through Wyoming from Yellowstone we thought had to try a steak in this state. We both went for New York strips which were cooked perfectly with excellent sides. Would recommend highly!
