Nostalgia Bistro - Dubois

Does not expect too much of a 1000 inhabitants small town restaurant. But the tuna and steak were both delicious and looked good. The potato in the steak was the best I ever had. We want to go back and try other ducks.

With a varied, eclectic and regularly changing menu, the bistro is the most cosmopolitan of restaurants in this small western city and is almost always full. For good reason: The Entrees are interesting and the ambience is challenging. I like all dishes with Asian fusion character, and the ribs are fantastic.

Cute little place in Dubois WY, when foodie was good. Salad needed a little more dressing and the BBQ Beef Brisket Pizza could have used some BBQ sauce. Had the cowboy limonade that was good, but could have used more whisky. Really liked the pot sticker and my wife said that the Ruben was better than mine, which says something. The burgers of the neighboring table looked very good. Will go again and order different things.

This is a great restaurant in a beautiful small WY town. The restaurant is clean, very nice woodwork and nice staff. The food was very good! It’s not cheap but it’s worth it. The homemade salad dressing was very good and spicy!

My fiend and myself had the most amazing meal in a long time the Rib-I that i ate was cookd to perfection jucy tender ,the salad and the home maid biscuit that came with my meal i can only say yum yum . My friend on the other hand had pork schnitzel and gave me a bite to eat and I was lucky to try some,by the time I had him try some of my delicious Rib-I , he was almost done with his and his pork schnitzel was also ti die for!!! So if your in Jackson Wyoming or near yellowstone national park be sure to stop buy Nostaligia Bistro in Dubious Wyoming it worth the trip for you to can experience the most amazing meal in Wyoming......
