We made that mistake when we thought our food was cold, but it turned out to be an error on our part, not Zaxby's. Just a heads up: there is one Zaxby's location near the intermediate station (100 trips something) and another one from Pizza Hut on Hwy 26, so keep that in mind!

The staff was excellent and very attentive. The chicken sauce had a unique blend of spices, giving it a Thousand Island-like texture and appearance. The restaurant’s decor was a charming mix of pub vibes, nostalgia, and modern flair. Zaxby’s has truly made its mark in Detroit!

The restaurant could definitely benefit from a thorough cleaning instead of employees just standing around. The fries were cold and soggy—I'm not sure how that happens since everything is usually served with them.
