Togo's Sandwiches - Dublin

I visited this sandwich and wrap restaurant and was pleased with the large selection of vegetarian options. The California and Greek hummus wraps were absolutely delicious, as were the classic American-style sandwiches. The ambiance was good, but the service was a bit slow. While the cashier and server were friendly, it would have been even better if they were more polite to customers who had to wait for 15 minutes. Unfortunately, there were no outdoor seating options, but the food was fresh and tasted great.

The customer service at this restaurant was not great. The person taking my order over the phone was rude and did not repeat my order back to me. They also seemed to have trouble shortening my order and did not confirm it with me. When I arrived to pick up my food, they were aggressive and unhelpful. The overall experience was disappointing as the staff member had a bad attitude. I have been a customer at this restaurant for many years, but I will not be returning after this experience. It is clear that improvements need to be made in customer service in order for this establishment to thrive.

The staff member at the restaurant was rude when I called to place a to-go order. She did not repeat my order and seemed impatient while I was speaking. I asked her to be quieter and more polite, but she hung up without confirming my order. I had to write everything down by hand, including my order for a turkey sandwich with Cheddar cheese, salad, tomatoes, extra mayo, and pepperoncini on the side. The employee did not repeat my order back to me and when I arrived to pick it up, she was disrespectful and had a bad attitude. She eventually found my order in the trash and realized her mistake. Instead of complaining, I thanked her and left. The employee was a short, heavyset Mexican woman in her 30s or 40s with a negative demeanor. I have been eating at this restaurant for over 20 years and have never experienced such poor service. I will not be returning due to this negative encounter. The manager and other employees seemed friendly, but this particular employee was passive-aggressive and unpleasant. I understand that everyone has bad days, but that is no excuse for rude behavior towards customers. This employee was the first and last person I interacted with during my visit to the restaurant. I hope that Togos addresses these issues to improve the overall customer experience.

All togos seem to close, but fortunately, this is a seemingly flowering. the cold bratbeef with extra pfefferminze is my favorite sandwich, it is lovely.

This place has been consistently good and clean. Only complaint is they don't keep the soda machine topped up.
