Eventually, I decided to go to... read more The service was awful, even though it was just the middle of the afternoon. I waited for about 20 minutes without any attention. Eventually, I decided to go to the dining area, but even then, I had to look for a sign to find a seat. I was still overlooked, so I had to call the waitress to get her attention. For $12.29, I received a burger that was very similar to Wendy's $4 option. The fries, which came from Red Robin, were terrible. I had requested the toppings on the side, but instead, the cheese was melted onto the burger. While the cheese was good, I will never return!

She... read more The family dined at 7:00 PM for dinner. We were promptly shown to our table. Our waitress arrived almost immediately to take our drink and appetizer orders. She made sure our drink refills were never empty and everything was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered helpful recommendations for our meal choices. Once we placed our orders, our waitress and the rest of the staff efficiently distributed the meals shortly thereafter. They made sure everything was to our liking, refilled our drinks, and then left us to enjoy our meal. We also had a 22-month-old with us, and they were great about bringing out the kids' meal and drinks right away to keep him happy. Given the current climate where many restaurants are struggling to find staff, I can confidently say that the team at this location went above and beyond, providing exceptional service and truly representing the restaurant well.

The resturant was truly half empty however the table wait for 3 was almost 30 minutes. However the server and other staff did well under the circumstances I applaud them ? ?? if u go please be kind and understanding that it truly is hard to get good people and when you have good people working hard to cover for the lack of staffing please tip well ?

This is a big box chain of wonderfulness in case you didn?t know it is a gourmet burger shop. Now this one happens to be attached to Tuttle mall in Dublin Ohio and as we all know malls seem to be slowly dying but this place does seem to be a good anchor for it. I had the Avo Cobb salad which was huge and wonderful. No we did stop in at this place on Monday night around five in the evening and it was a little bit slow but that?s not due to their fault by any means. The slowness is due to the government trying to scare everybody and destroy every business out there but that?s a story for another day boys and girls
