We also enjoyed their spring rolls with grilled pork and grilled shrimp, especially with their unique peanut sauce—it's unlike any other! If you prefer crispy rolls, their pork rolls are also fantastic. My husband is a big fan of their rice dishes, and you can’t go wrong with either the shrimp and grilled pork or the lemongrass pork. Everything here is fresh and delicious! To find the restaurant, park near Applebee's or Black Angus, and head towards Fuddruckers. There’s a small path behind Fuddruckers where you’ll find some umbrellas and tables leading to the entrance of Kobe Pho. Enjoy!

This Pho is a bit different from other Pho I've tried. It's located in a lovely shopping center near the Haciendas. When you park, you have to search a bit to find it because the center is quite large with many different establishments. The restaurant is situated toward the back of the center, away from the main entrance, so it's not immediately visible. The space is small, with around 10 tables inside and a few outdoor seats. The menu looked really appealing, and I decided to try the Lemongrass Pork Chops served with rice and an over-easy egg. The portion was quite generous! The egg roll was perfectly crispy and delicious. A tip: my friend ordered the kid's portion of chicken and rice, which seemed like a perfect size for me. I wanted to order Vietnamese coffee but forgot, so I guess I'll have to come back! Our server was lovely—she had a warm smile, and our water glasses were always full.

Loved the food and the speed of the service. The spring rolls are definitely a must try, the Pho is very tasteful and delicious!
