Food still not... read more WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Ordered lunch 24 hrs in advance with 10 items for 11:30 11:45 delivery and it is now 1/2 hour late and counting. Food still not here for a business lunch. Totally unexpectable had they never even had the decency to calland inform me of the delay. NEVER will order from Panera again!

I told him that?s not possible I was sitting here the whole time. He wouldn?t listen. Fast forward 30 minutes yes 30 long minutes. Themanager realized his mistake and told me it would be 20 more minutes to get my order. Really no putting a rush on my orderbecause of your incompetence?? Never go to this location ever again! Terrible service and the manager wouldn?t listen justinsisted he was right. Not good business!

There was food on the floor and tables, making it seem like... read more The food at Panera Bread was good, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking. There was food on the floor and tables, making it seem like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The restrooms were even worse, with dirtiness and a lack of toilet paper and hand towels. It's disappointing because my hometown Panera in Turlock is always very clean.
