Everything was neatly packaged with soy sauce and dipping cups, along with napkins and chopsticks—such a thoughtful touch! Once again, the hand rolls were incredible!

They offer a nice variety of specialty rolls, and I appreciate that they have both hand rolls and cut rolls available. An added highlight is the Yakitori, which I always enjoy. I highly recommend trying the Miso-Glazed Eggplant; it’s incredibly tender and pairs wonderfully with the savory miso sauce. The Spider Roll is another favorite of mine. The soft-shell crab is quite large and meaty, and it complements the cucumber and avocado perfectly.

We... read more Located in Dublin's North Market, there is plenty of parking nearby from street to free garage parking. It was a Friday night so the market was pretty busy. We got to Kintsugi around 6:30 and placed an order of: fried shrimp cut roll, spicy tuna hand roll, shrimp hand roll which I'm assuming is like a shrimp tempura roll), and a fried shrimp hand roll along with a miso soup. Cut rolls are on average $10-$11. They also have specialty rolls, but they were around $15-$18. Total we paid about $36. We waited quite a while for our food. We kept having to check in with the employees to make sure they didn't miss us. I think it took about 25 minutes for us to get our food. The miso soup was absolutely tasty. There was plenty of tofu and seaweed and the flavor was on point. The fried shrimp cut roll was okay, not really the best I've had. The hand rolls are where it's at! Highly recommend the spicy tuna hand rolls and all of their hand rolls. It's smaller than a cut roll, but cheaper $3-$4). Would come back for the hand rolls and miso soup!
