However, I wouldn’t recommend using their online ordering system. I saw that people who ordered after me got their large orders before mine was even prepared. The online ordering process doesn’t seem well managed. Still, I’m a huge fan of the Colonel! Those secret ingredients keep me coming back almost every night!

I ordered an 8-piece chicken meal, but they forgot to include the 4 biscuits that were supposed to come with it. When I mentioned this to the staff, the manager (who I believe is not the actual owner) told me to leave the restaurant immediately, so I did. I can't believe something like this could happen in today's world. I will never return to this KFC and will definitely be reporting this issue to headquarters to address the staff's attitude.

I... read more The chicken was quite tasty, especially when I recall how it was served 15-20 years ago. It had so much more flavor back then, though I can’t exactly say why. I believe there used to be curry powder in the recipe, which made it incredibly delicious! Unfortunately, the bathrooms were not very clean, lacking both toilet paper and paper towels, and the floors could have used a good cleaning. On a positive note, the manager was excellent—he genuinely apologized for the state of the restrooms. It’s not often you come across truly kind people nowadays!

However, I feel compelled to share my recent experience. I hadn't been to this restaurant since before the pandemic, and unfortunately, I won’t be going back anytime soon. The prices have risen significantly, and to make matters worse, my order was wrong. I had asked for a bucket of 8 pieces of original chicken, but when I got home, I found that it was all extra crispy. As I sifted through the bucket in hopes of finding any original chicken, I realized they had only included 7 pieces. I tried to call the restaurant right away to report the issue, but all I could hear was the sound of a fax machine beeping. I used to be a huge fan of KFC, but this experience left me really disappointed. It’s such a shame.

I can't understand how the... read more This is undoubtedly the best Kentucky Fried Chicken I have ever been to. The service was outstanding, and the chicken was incredible. I can't understand how they managed to make the chicken so crispy without it being greasy. The young man at the counter who helped me was very courteous.
