This restaurant offers tantalizing and substantial cheeseburgers, celebrated for their generous toppings and flavor. Despite the appealing menu, the experience is marred by inconsistent service and disappointing sides. Diners report overly salty fries that overshadow enjoyment, alongside lukewarm soft drinks. Customer service also receives mixed feedback, with encounters ranging from friendly to downright abrasive. While some praise the taste and quality, others express frustration over long waits and a lack of professionalism. For those seeking a good burger, alternatives may be worth considering given the fluctuating experiences documented here.

There are some things that caught my attention. For instance, they advertise milkshakes as complimentary, yet there's a big sign saying milkshakes cost $5.50. The mini cheeseburger is now $8.69, fries are $5, and a soda is $3. Then, they ask for a tip when you check out, and I really hate to be that person, but I had to get my own drink and go to the counter to pick up my food. If the employees need more tips, they should be earning it through better service. We've already paid enough for the meal. A hot dog is $7, and it’s $8 if it’s topped. These prices are more suited for an amusement park or a ball game, but with much less entertainment included.

One thing that struck me as odd is that mixing shakes is supposedly free, yet there's a large sign indicating that a shake costs $5.50. The mini cheeseburger is now priced at $8.69, fries are $5, and a Coke is $3. To add to the experience, they requested a tip during checkout. I dislike being that person, but I had to get my own drink and also pick up my food from the counter. If the employees need more, they really should be getting it from somewhere else because the meal already costs enough. Lastly, a hot dog is $7, and it's $8 if you want cheese on it. These prices are more akin to what you'd pay at an amusement park or a ball game, not for a casual meal without any entertainment or drinks.

New pricing has now surpassed rediculous... $17 for a mini cheeseburger, fries and a drink... $19 if you want a rgular cheeseburger. I was starving and already in there so I did it, but never again, seriously sticker shock on pricing. To behonest I love their food, but charging what they do puts them on level with a decent sit down restraunt that offers fullservice. It had been pre pandemic since I had been in there and I remembered them being pricey, but not this crazy. Some thingsthat I find fascinating... Mix in shakes are FREE, big sign pointing that out made me chuckle since a shake is $5.50.. minicheeseburger now $8.69, fries $5 and $3 for a coke. Then they ask for a tip out checkout and I hate to be that person, but Igot my own drink and had to come to the counter to pick up my food. If the employees need more, then pay them more... Youcharged enough for the meal. Last thing... $7 for a hotdog, $8 if you want cheese on it. Amusement park or ball game pricesminus the entertainment or beer.
