I've been waiting for my food for nearly an hour, and I'm not alone in this. I’m pretty certain I could get my food faster at a sit-down restaurant. I love Five Guys and their food, but I'm unsure if I'll return to this location if it takes over an hour to receive my order. Still waiting...

I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered, which only added to my frustration. I tossed the sandwich back in the bag and debated letting it go, but since I had spent $28.46 on my meal with a coworker, I decided I needed to address the issue. I drove the two miles back to speak with the staff. I showed one of the team members my sandwich, but instead of an apology or any acknowledgement of their mistake, there was nothing. I then waited another 15 minutes for them to remake my order, cutting into my work time. I expected some form of compensation, maybe a refund or a free drink, but received nothing, not even an apology. In the end, I felt like I had wasted both gas and time driving to this location twice. From now on, I think I'll just opt for the Sawmill location instead.

The burgers are 9/10 but the price is €€€ for just a burger hence not giving this place 5/5. For pretty much the same price you can get Bunsen which in my opinion is a tastier juicer burger. I do like the free peanuts in Five Guys and there’s lots of seating. Advice: read the menu the burger listed on top of the menu is actually a double burger the little burger is a single). I only figured this out after I got my burger. Also the small fries is enough to share between 2/3 people.
