This was a showcase of the most disrespectful, insensitive, and outright unhelpful behavior I have ever seen. My father and I pulled into the drive-thru at around 3:30pm. on 11/28/23. I was driving. There was one car waiting at the speaker (no one else was ahead of her). We waited for honestly 10-15 minutes behind the car. The car in front of us put their car in drive and sped off (did not order, did not stop at the window). When I pulled up to the speaker, the wait continued for another 10 minutes or more. By this time, cars started to line up behind me, so I assumed the speaker was broken and pulled up to the window. I waited for even longer, and the truck behind me pulled around also. Eventually, a worker opens the window and says, You already ordered? I replied with, Not yet, I assumed your speaker was broken so I pulled up. The worker then responded with what you want? We 're busy and there 's a line behind you! I want to add that the workers ' tone and body language seemed very hostile. I asked what the workers name was and they replied with Aj. This may be a cover name or lie, but that was the name given. My father grew impatient and told me to simply drive off and we would go to Starbucks instead. The worker heard this as we were leaving and yelled, Bye then! Overall, this was a very distasteful interaction. I understand if they were busy and were not answering the intercom until they were ready, but I was very simple and kind in the beginning. There was no need in a nasty attitude out the gate. I am very candid in my reviews, and that can be seen in the ones I have done. I will add that I have gotten drinks from this location, and they have tasted very strange compared to other Dunkin locations. This review is not only because of this interaction. We have already contacted the corporate phone line and reported the issue.

We ordered 3 donuts that were cream filled.There was not even a teaspoon of cream in all these.The cake part of the donuts were very dry, as if they were few da... read more We ordered 3 donuts that were cream filled.There was not even a teaspoon of cream in all these.The cake part of the donuts were very dry, as if they were few days old.This was the worst donuts we have ever had.This is the closest DD to us and that is why we stopped.We will just go to Krispy Kreme in Statesboro where the donuts are FRESH AND HAVE A DECENT AMOUNT OF FILLING.We paid way TOO MUCH for donuts that were gross.

I drive to the drive thru and see the menu had multiple signs everywhere and items on the menu with pumpkin in the item. So I order a ice coffee pumpkin latte, could not wait to drink. But my mouth dropped at the words heard thru the loud speaker, quote We don 't have pumpkin anymore, it is out of season and will be starting new flavors on Monday. It 's October 28th fall season, Thanksgiving around the corner, pumpkins everywhere and being sold. So I am confused to what season Dunkin is in first, second why the store advertised and posted a menu item that did not exist and seem to say nothing on menu is there either. Very let down and really a sense of dumb founding for feeling stupid for ordering. If can 't trust the menu then why even go to Dunkin
