**BJ's Restaurant: A Mixed Bag of Experiences** BJ's Restaurant has garnered a spectrum of opinions, highlighting a duality in customer experiences. While some patrons laud the inviting atmosphere and a diverse menu suitable for large groups, others express disappointment in portion sizes and food quality. Noteworthy dishes, such as the Parmesan-crusted chicken and the famed Pazookie dessert, receive accolades, but inconsistencies in service and preparation raise concerns. Despite some poor experiences with items like deep dish pizza and flatbreads, patrons acknowledge the establishment's appealing ambiance and attentive staff. Overall, BJ's remains a popular choice, with room for improvement in several areas.

What Valerie D dislikes about Bj's Brewhouse Tuttle Crossing:
The pizza was mostly dough with very little pepperoni and cheese. For the price, it felt like a complete rip-off! The French fries were barely half full, and the service was terrible. I won't be ordering from there again; it just isn't worth it. View all feedback.
Absolutely delicious! There were so many options for food and drinks. Our waitress was fantastic. I truly loved the atmosphere and the decor of the brew house. I will definitely be returning and recommending this restaurant to others!
Our waitress, Sarah, was exceptional—she was warm, engaging, and very helpful, making sure we never felt rushed. The food was delicious, and the 2-for-25 deal is a fantastic value.
A couple of weekends ago, I visited my usual hangout spot. Upon entering the restaurant, I found it to be extremely crowded, as expected for a weekend. Fortunately, I was alone and managed to find a comfortable spot at the bar. I ordered the chicken wings and Jambalaya, both of which I highly recommend. Just a tip: be sure to grab some hot sauce for the chicken wings!

The cookie was so undercooked that it was just a ball sitting on the side of the dish, and it didn't have any toppings! The pretzel came with the smallest cup of cheese I've ever seen, and it was missing the honey mustard. To make matters worse, the lid wasn't secured properly, so when I opened the door, the entire cup spilled everywhere, even though it barely touched the door. I can't understand why they would place a cup right outside the door when there's a table so close by.
