What Sarah Malone doesn't like about The Gate:
This was a pub our family used for functions and socialising for many years. Unfortunately the new manager saw fit to bar a member of my family. He’s gone back 3 times to apologise and this lady will not accept his words. From what I’ve heard she’s bringing the tone down and the morale of the lovely long standing staff too sadly. Tried the Three Brothers at Gate Bar for a spot of lunch . Highly recommend. Had pizza and bbq wings chips . All delicious . Reasonable priced. There was four of us Price per person: €60–70 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.
