What Sarah Malone doesn't like about The Gate:
This was a pub our family used for functions and socialising for many years. Unfortunately the new manager saw fit to bar a member of my family. He’s gone back 3 times to apologise and this lady will not accept his words. From what I’ve heard she’s bringing the tone down and the morale of the lovely long standing staff too sadly. Lovely bar with the most friendly staff I've ever met and very handy for a pint or two before you cross the road to Barrowlands. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Use to be a lovely pub but under new management now Were the new manager decides she can bar people from the pub just because they use to work for her. It's a disgrace. I Will never step foot in the place again. A shame that the manager let's down the whole pub. Avoid at all costs.
