What Anonym dislikes about Veda:
Some really great dishes. Occasionally food can be a bit fatty, but more hits than misses. Let me be clear: I've been eating curries in UK and Ireland for twenty years and this is probably the best. Lovely tarka dhal (lentil dish) and good, rich and spicy curries. But there's also really subtle flavour ranges, too, for those who don't want their food competing with flamethrowers. Lemon rice and keema naan are excepti... View all feedback.
Veda is just a fantastic restaurant with authentic food perfectly prepared and the lovely friendly service just makes everything so enjoyable. We just love it here and can’t recommend it enough.
We where celebrating a birthday and we got a bit loud and caused a lil tension with the table beside us. The staff handling it so well ! The food was stunning and the service exceptional! Will definitely be back
I LOVE the food here. It’s a real hidden gem. I eat in about once a quarter, so reasonably often. The food is extremely consistent. It’s always the same great quality. I know everyone has their own preferences but I love the Vegetable Samosa and the Onion Bhaji starters. I also recommend trying the Andhra Chilli Chicken for main course, for something just a little spicy. I always find the staff to be very friendly and the table service to be very efficient. The place is absolutely spotless. I’ve never found a single thing to complain about : Overall I think it’s very well run. Well done to all the staff.
A small, tranquil space that only fits a few guests — and it’s fully booked most days for good reason! The staff are warm, and the food is delicious from start to finish. I highly recommend the Dahi ka Puchka, Mango Prawn Curry, and Achari Baingan. I’ll definitely be back soon! P.S. they don't have baby changing Station if you are going with a young child.
