My Spanish mother-in-law treated me to a lovely lunch at Restaurant Vue on a Tuesday in June. She was eager to dine at Castleknock Golf Club while visiting Dublin, as she has always loved the previous meals and the atmosphere of the restaurant, along with the stunning views of the holes. This visit was no different - we were impressed with the customer service and the delicious food. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Vue:
We waited for an hour before we could put in our food order. It was explained to us when we arrived that because they had a big party in there would be a delay but an hour was a bit long. Food was good when it arrived and staff were lovely. View all feedback.
Not sure if this is a restaurant you would recommend for a special occasion
As always, staff, atmosphere, food and drinks are fab!
Attended Funeral -After Meal.Tho extremely busy,Manager,and Staff coped extremely well,and food was excellent.
We had our daughters christening meal here recently in the function room. All my family have been raving about the food and service since! The staff provided a playmat and some toys in the room as we had around 10 children attending. It was great to have a space for the kids to play when they finished eating and the adults didn't need to worry about them running off! Will be trying to book this again for all family occasions.
Have dined there previously and was impressed , but this time starters were ok , but mains was terrible , my friend had chicken curry and I had rib eye steak , both dishes fell far short of 'Good ' we left have behind. Prices are reasonable , staff were very good.
