We were welcomed by a very... read more Stayed here with my 2 little boys to see the wonderful 'Matilda ' on Friday night. The 5 stars are for the service. It was fantastic. We were welcomed by a very helpful lady at reception. The restaurant staff in particular were so nice. They went above and beyond to cater for us and made the stay even more special for my boys. They loved the pool too. Thanks for a great stay.

Although we didn’t have a reservation, we were quickly seated at the edge of the restaurant (we later discovered it stretched much further inside and even aroun... read more Although we didn’t have a reservation, we were quickly seated at the edge of the restaurant (we later discovered it stretched much further inside and even around a corner! . Unfortunately, our table was dirty and it took asking three times before it was cleaned. We only ordered mains and desserts. The burger arrived with cheese despite us asking several times for none, and the Caesar salad chicken tasted more like pre-packed than freshly cooked. On the positive side, the pizza was very good, the chicken supreme was lovely, and the desserts were excellent. Overall, the food was a bit hit and miss, and the service was okay — apart from the rocky start with a dirty table.
