Out for an evening in Dublin for the first time in ages. Went to Saba and sat outside. Great food Friendly service fantastic experience. Thanks to Ronnie who waited on us. Highly recommend a visit
The staff were so lovely and helpful. The food was delicious. I have been to the sister restaurant in Kildare Village and I have to say I loved this restaurant just as much if not a little little bit more. The restaurant itself is spacious and airy with loads of light. Will definitely be back again
Best Thai in Dublin, having dined in many cities Saba is hard to beat! Mgr Anna always friendly and regularly recommends new dishes Cocktails. The food is always super fresh. The restaurant is located in vibrant part of city lots of nice bars around. The Snowball Cocktail is Saba's seasonal xmas drink would love to have in as a regular Cocktail Menu item
Got charged extra 20% for tips at the end , this is robbery .
Booked to go to Saba with my family including my sis who is coeliac because GF was marked on a range of dishes and she was looking forward to having some choice. Only to be informed on arrival that GF on their menu stood for ‘Gluten Friendly’ instead of ‘Gluten Free’ which is bollox, when it is the standard abbreviation for gluten free. This left my sister very little choice for food and we were overall disappointed because our meals were nice but it put a dampener on the whole dinner. Our server however was excellent and luckily flagged and triple checked all dishes for my sister as she is not just intolerant but would be extremely ill. Do better for actual coeliacs please.
