This was my (at least) third time staying here as a guest and I expect not the last. Firstly I have to complement the staff. In terms of hotel staff the staff at the Radisson are always extremely friendly and helpful, from check in to check out. Breakfast is always amazing, they have a great full Irish buffet on offer as well other dishes that can be ordered. The staff will take great care of you when you arrive in the morning. The bar then has good food options as well as tea, coffee, scones etc. it is located near reception and is always very comfortable, and has a great view out onto the lawn. The grounds of the hotel are always well kept and great to take a walk in. I have attended two weddings here in the Pembroke suite and both were excellent, from the food, reception, decor etc. it is really well equipped. The only slight negative I would add is that the bathrooms are a little dated. The room I stayed in still had a bath/shower setup which is not ideal especially for older or less mobile guests as you are showering you have to balance in a bath but nevertheless it was okay for me.

The service is normally great and spot on.... read more I always have a great experience when staying at a Radisson Blu Hotel. I would highly recommend a trip to this hotel. The service is normally great and spot on. Unfortunately we had to wait as our room wasn't ready when we arrived. I have informed the hotel that we will be arriving earlier. But thats not a deal breaker as the whole experience is so much more then just receiving the access card on a timely manner.

We booked a delux room but di... read more Just wondering why market this hotel as a 5 star? The veneer was very luxurious but when you look at the rooms it will disappoint. We booked a delux room but disappointed overall the bathroom was so poor not even 3 star. The room service was good and the food lovely. Breakfast was ok nothing special the cheese slices were probably on day number 3 as they were starting to curl. Would I go back again probably not.
