a spacious pub, service with a smile, good choice of beers, I went there one afternoon and it was quiet, but we feel that we can spend a more lively evening in the evening! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about O'connells:
also one of the many Irish pub’s urig, gloomy and always a little gloomy. the food was classic, delicious, freshly prepared from the price acceptable. the service was not so great, but maybe it must be that way. Look at the glasses more closely, there could still be lip pen rest View all feedback.
The bar tender was really friendly, the food was tasty, filling and great value for money. Make sure you check out downstairs, the whole interior is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend.
Great food, beer and service. The pub is beautiful. The BBQ Chicken Wings are amazing.
The prices are extremely good for what you get. 13€ for the vegetarian burger, including chips (fries), sauces and a salad. the waiters are extremely nice and also fast, the atmosphere is very welcoming and great in general. also the size of the menu is amazing. very close to being perfect!
The best place to have lunch or dinner an Irish Lamb Stew (the typical land dish, basically puréed potatoes with soup and lamb stumbled with vegetables), I don't know if it's the best in Dublin, but both my partner and myself liked so much that we had to eat it the next day, it's best when the weather is cold.
Fabulous bar in central Dublin, with beautiful decor, a relaxed vibe, and fantastic hospitality. The food is terrific... pub grub but with excellent ingredients the quality is better than most gastropubs.
