Mcgettigan's - Dublin
Mcgettigan's
Description
The restaurant offers super service, delicious drinks, and traditional pub styling, with rooms available for booking. One reviewer reported experiencing homophobia, while another praised the music and atmosphere but had a negative encounter with staff. Overall, the food was well-received, particularly the fish and chips and bacon and mash dishes, as well as the excellent pints of Guinness. The establishment is recommended for those seeking a quieter, more graceful atmosphere away from the chaos of Temple Bar, although some found the prices a bit high.

We spent some time in Dublin and decided to grab a quick bite, so we headed to a pub. It had the classic Irish pub atmosphere, featuring dark wood decor. We ordered red ciabatta sandwiches, and they were absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, which is typical for Dublin. The pub was bustling with customers, clearly a popular spot. Overall, we really enjoyed the food and the experience of staying out late.
The staff is wonderful, the food is delightful, and the ambiance is beautiful. I highly recommend it!
